We're representing a major high-rise residential development in Scarborough, offering an immediate start for an experienced Project Coordinator with strong structures and façade experience.

Your Role
Working closely with the Project Manager and wider site team, you'll play a critical role in the successful delivery of the project.
Responsibilities will include:
• Coordinating façade and structural packages throughout construction
• Assisting with programme management and project delivery milestones
• Managing subcontractor coordination and stakeholder communication
• Reviewing drawings, specifications and technical documentation
• Tracking procurement schedules and material deliveries
• Monitoring project progress, reporting and documentation
• Supporting quality assurance, compliance and site inspections
• Assisting with cost control, variations and project administration
• Liaising with consultants, engineers and external stakeholders
• Driving project outcomes while maintaining safety and quality standards

About You
To be successful in this role, you'll ideally have:
• Previous experience as a Project Coordinator on commercial or residential construction projects
• Strong exposure to façade and structural packages on medium or high-rise developments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies and sequencing
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• High level organisational and time management skills
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
• Relevant construction qualifications in Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline
• A commitment to quality, safety and project outcomes
